Though we have sold a few homes with Viktoriya, this is our first purchase with her. Viktoriya assessed our needs and presented us with several listings to start our search. I would like to say, that, the amount of work it takes to arrange viewings and plot them all out in a route that makes sense is HIGHLY undervalued. We did a few back to back days with multiple viewings and to keep everything running smoothly and on time is a skill that I don't feel gets recognized enough during the buying process. Viktoriya is the maestro of organizing showings!

Our needs shifted mid-search and we put a pause on things for a couple of months. During this time Viktoriya checked in with us to continue offering market updates but was never pushy about resuming the search. She simply let us know that she's ready when we are.
